I am a husband, father of two boys, rescue dog owner, psychological thriller filmmaker, writer of gloomy songs, screenwriter, playwright, guitarist, autoharper, mandolinist, pizza-maker, cake-pop-maker, film buff, player of award winning games, chess enthusiast, humanist, hodler, Duolingo streak society member, wikipedia junkie, 12th man, lover of animation, backpacker, hiker, passionate gift wrapper, dungeons and dragons character maker, and magic card player.

i led the post team at amazon halo

I built and developed the post-production systems and oversaw creative editing for Amazon’s first venture into the health and wellness space. At its peak, our post team was 12 people and we delivered over 90,000 pieces of fitness content (yes, really). My biggest achievement was computer vision workouts, which received one of the highest customer satisfaction scores in Amazon’s history

Lots of brands. Lots of agencies. Lots of awards — including the Best of Show ADDY for my docuseries editing and motion graphics work on Crowdsourced Cabernet

Most of my films are excuses to try out a new technique or narrative style. Some of them have received Official Selections at festivals up and down the west coast including the Audience Choice award at the 48 Hour Film Project in Seattle, beating out over 60 other films in competition
